  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card or debit card.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    Stop by the office to get a move-out receipt.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime during office hours. Our Mud Lane office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Sunday by appointment only.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We sell locks, or you may bring your own.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our office for assistance.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes, dollies are available.
